Is this a subscription?
No. Unloop is free during the beta. When we launch, it costs €13.99 once: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Where are my records stored?
Only on your phone, inside the app. We cannot see them. If you lose your phone without a backup, they are gone, so use Backup in Settings now and then.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Open it in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android and add it to your home screen.
Is Unloop therapy or medical treatment?
No. Unloop is a self-help habit tool. It is not medical treatment and does not replace professional help.
What about refunds?
The beta is free, so there is nothing to refund. After launch, every purchase has a 14-day full refund, no questions asked: email support@gounloop.com.
